MU Online Server Terms of Use

Welcome to ConquerMu private server! By registering an account and accessing our MU Online server, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any of the services provided by ConquerMu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration and Security

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Do NOT use a password that you use anywhere else or used on any account anywhere on the internet.
Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable and remain the property of ConquerMu.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following:

Using cheats, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software.
Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain.
Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other players.
Engaging in real-money trading (RMT) for in-game items or accounts.
Advertising other servers, products, or services without explicit permission.
Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate.

4. In-Game Behavior and Fair Play

Respect the Community: Treat all players and staff with respect.
Compliance: Follow the rules set forth in the game and any additional guidelines posted by the administrators.
Penalties: Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account suspension, at the discretion of the administration.

5. Virtual Goods and Currency

Ownership: All virtual items, currency, and characters remain the property of ConquerMu.
Purchases: Donations or purchases of virtual goods are non-refundable.
Loss: We are not responsible for the loss of items, currency, or progress due to technical issues, account breaches, or violations of these Terms.

6. Server Availability and Maintenance

Downtime: We may perform maintenance or updates at any time, which may temporarily disrupt service.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server.
Termination: We reserve the right to shut down the server or discontinue service without prior notice.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and storage will be limited to the minimum necessary level for the server to operate. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

ConquerMu is not liable for:

Any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the server.
Unauthorized access to your account or data.
Interactions with other players.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the server after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
